Photorejuvenation is a safe and painless procedure for fighting ageing!

Since the beginning of time, women have been looking for the secret of eternal youth, testing numerous miraculous remedies and scientific inventions. And at last, the solution has been found! Please meet the beauty procedure that is second to none in terms of fighting ageing – photorejuvenation!

What is photorejuvenation?

Photorejuvenation is a revolutionary method of light treatment. The Lumenis M22 IPL technology, used at Lasermed beauty clinic, applies a laser beam with a specific wavelength. Fast laser beams penetrate skin layers at the depth of 2-3 mm in order to activate elastin and collagen tissues.

The light treatment procedure allows to remove pigment spots from skin and stimulate collagen generation in skin, in the result of which wrinkles are reduced, and complexion becomes more even. The IPL photorejuvenation procedure affects skin on cellular level, reducing inflammatory processes, brightening up pigmented spots, and eliminating capillaries and blood vessels.

Photorejuvenation is the right method for you if you have any of the following:

Wrinkles
Pigment spots
Uneven complexion
Loose skin
Enlarged pores
Red capillaries on cheeks and around nose
Scars

Good to know: Why do we need collagen?

Our body produces collagen itself, but under the effect of processes related to ageing

the generation of this kind of protein is reduced little by little. Human body starts losing about 1.5% of natural collagen per year after we turn 25. By 35, our bodies lack about 15%, and by 45, about 30% of collagen.

As soon as our bodies lose the ability to produce collagen, first of all, it is manifested in the condition of skin: wrinkles, stretch marks appear, the skin becomes dry and dull, and there is a general decrease in vitality.  The replenishment of intercellular substance slows down, cells lose moisture, human body starts ageing, and its functions are fading.

How does the procedure look like?

At Lasermed, the photorejuvenation procedure is carried out with the help of the modern laser M22, which is used in all of the well-equipped hospitals all over the world. It is made by Lumenis, the leading company in the world.

The procedure takes 15-30 minutes, within which the only thing you will be feeling are slight flashes of light that occur when laser beams contact skin. After the procedure, your skin may become slightly red, but this redness will go away in a couple of hours. This procedure is completely safe for patients.
